This article explains different methods of transferring calls and what options do what.

Please note that you may need to request you phone to be set up for attended transfer. (Covered in this article)


Definitions -

  • Attended transfer - Allows you to call recipients and notify of them of incoming callers before transferring.
  • Blind transfer - Immediately sends caller to recipient.



Receiving a call and calling the intended recipient to request to transfer to them
- Press "Transfer" and dial recipient extension. Press "Send" or wait to auto dial.

To continue transferring calls
- Hang up handset, or press "Transfer"

To switch between caller and recipient without transfer
- Press "Swap"

To cancel transfer
- Press "End call" while talking to recipient. This will allow you to pick up the caller afterwards.

To force a blind transfer
- Press "B. Transfer". Enter recipient extension.
